If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined the buyer forfeits ownership of any items purchased and no items will be shipped.
Credit card payments are processed offline and credit card details are destroyed once payment is confirmed.
Please note that payments will show on purchase records/bank statements as " Jill's Jive/Tiddlywinks".
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Tiddlywinks. All items are checked and packaged carefully before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon receipt we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and not laundered or worn.
What is the procedure for returning a faulty item?
- Send us an email with your order number and the reason for return. Contact us
- We will issue you with a Faulty Return form. Please include this form in your return package.
- A replacement or refund will be issued upon inspection of the item including return postage.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
- You have changed your mind
- You have made an incorrect choice
- The product is not deemed to have a manufacturing fault but damaged due to misuse by the purchaser.
