Below is the online form you will be required to complete and submit 3 days prior to your party. A reminder and link will be emailed to you on the week of your party. You can complete earlier if you wish.
At Tiddlywinks we only allow ice-cream cakes to be consumed at parties. Rainbow Party ice-cream cakes can be purchased for $24.00, which includes all tableware and candles. If you would prefer to BYO ice-cream cake, you will be charged a $10 cutting fee, to cover the tableware.
* Sponge and Mud type cakes can be used to celebrate your party and our staff will cut this up for your guests to take home (Please provide bags or boxes).
Beverage vouchers are available at $3.90 each. You can take as many as you like when you arrive and return any unused vouchers before settling your bill. Vouchers can be used for coffee, tea, juices & soft drinks.
